The gite is new and well-centred, in the Colmar area. The building has no other occupants. It has a south-facing, semi-sheltered terrace where you can enjoy the sunshine and be sheltered if it rains. Children can play in the courtyard. The gite has a separate entrance from the owner's entrance. It is equipped with all amenities (oven/microwave-freezer/fridge/raclette set/flat-screen TV/dryer/washing machine/hair dryer/library for adults and children. The gite is clean and welcoming. There have never been any pets in the gite. We do not accept pets. A little surprise awaits you. On the main floor there are 2 bedrooms (with double beds (160cm)), an open-plan kitchen (microwave, freezer/fridge), a shower room (tumble dryer/washing machine), a separate WC and a lounge/dining room with a flat-screen TV. The mezzanine upstairs has 2 single 140cm beds. Underfloor heating included. Terrace adjoining the gîte with views of Haut-Koenigsbourg and garden furniture. Children can play in the enclosed courtyard. Table football, petanque area, car park. Free use of bicycles, cycle paths from the village to Colmar and Strasbourg. For 2 people, €30 reduction in low season (if only one room is used).
