The gîte "Chez l'Alsacien", located on the 2nd floor, is a spacious 3-room flat of 67m² that can accommodate up to 5 people (+ a cot on request). It has been entirely restored with the greatest care, preserving the original materials, and is furnished mainly with authentic antique furniture that we have found during our travels and encounters. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a single bed, a separate fully-equipped kitchen with all mod cons and a dining area, a cosy living area with lounge and dining room, a shower room with walk-in shower, double washbasin and WC, and a small balcony accessible from the kitchen. Thanks to our secure premises, we can also offer a warm welcome to all cyclists wishing to explore the many roads and cycle paths in the region. In winter, you can take the Navette des Neiges (snow shuttle) from Barr directly to the Champ du Feu ski slopes. Treat yourself to an enchanting, timeless journey in this warm and friendly setting. Free public parking is available just 40 m from the accommodation. The stairs to the 2nd floor are rather steep. There is no lift.
