On the ground floor, there is a small entrance hall and a utility room. Go up to the 1st floor to discover the large living area with its dining area, open-plan kitchen and lounge. On this level you will also find the shower room with its walk-in shower and double washbasins, and a separate WC. On the 2nd floor you will find 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and one with 2 single beds) as well as a relaxation area on the landing with a sofa bed. Outside, you can take advantage of the private courtyard with its lovely terrace. You can also park your car in this courtyard. The gîte has air conditioning.
