Access to the gîte is via an outside staircase. This vast house can accommodate families and groups of friends, with accommodation spread over two levels: 1st floor: - A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with dining area - 4 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with a double bed, 1 triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and 1 double bedroom with a double bed, a cot and a single bedroom en suite. - Bathroom with bath and shower - Separate WC 2nd floor: - 3 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with double bed, 1 double bedroom with 2 separate beds and 1 single bedroom - A convivial lounge - A shower room - Separate WC Outside, there is a lovely courtyard with flowers in summer, garden furniture and a barbecue. 2 cars can be parked in the courtyard, and there is also free parking in the street. The owner, a winegrower, also offers a tour of the cellar followed by a tasting of his wines, for an authentic and immersive experience.
