The gîte has a lovely 44m² living room with a lounge area (convertible into a 2-person sofa bed), a fitted kitchen and a dining area. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with a double and a single bed. On the same level is a shower room with WC and washing machine. A second separate WC is also available. There is a covered terrace in front of the gîte with garden furniture and barbecue. Heating with wood-burning stove and electric convector heaters included. There is ample parking for 2 cars. You can drive from the car park to the gîte on the same level via a terrace that runs the length of the building. Tourist tax not included.
