You will be staying in a self-contained gîte on the first floor of the owner's house, with its own entrance. All the rooms are on one level: a 1st bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed), a 2nd bedroom (1 double bed) and a 3rd bedroom with sitting area (1 double bed, convertible double bed), a fully-equipped kitchen with pellet stove. There are two shower rooms and two separate WCs. Electric heating and pellet stove not included. You'll enjoy a pleasant terrace overlooking the equestrian centre and the canal, with garden furniture, barbecue and inflatable spa. An adjoining green area is also available. Private car park on site. Tourist tax not included. Cleaning package compulsory for business customers.
