Possibility of a 3rd bedroom (5.5m²) for 1 person with a 90/190cm bed, supplement €20/week/person. Wide, functional staircase. - On the ground floor there is a fully-equipped kitchen with filter and Nespresso coffee machines, a living/dining room and a 2nd separate WC. Electric heating included. Wood-burning stove, wood provided free of charge. Baby equipment available on request free of charge. Covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, enclosed courtyard. Level access via the gîte terrace. Private covered car park opposite the gîte. The owner offers a guided tour of their farm, 800m from the village. A second gîte for 2 people is available opposite.
