Bedroom 3 (1 double bed) has its own en-suite shower room. A second bathroom and separate WC are located on the same level. The landing has been converted into a reading area. There is a lovely shaded outdoor area with garden furniture. Electric heating is extra (on meter reading / according to consumption - an average of €10-12/day).
