On the ground floor of the house, you'll find the living room, a spacious kitchen with dining area, a bathroom (bath + shower) and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and the third with two single beds. There is also a shower room with wc on this floor. For your comfort, all the beds are 2 metres long and a cooler is available on the first floor in summer. Private parking in the enclosed courtyard, central heating included. Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Recharging point for all makes of electric vehicle (type 2, 7.5 kw) - vehicle charging extra (current EDF rate).
