Access to the gîte is via an outside staircase leading to a spacious 35 m² private terrace, complete with garden furniture. On the same level you will find a fitted kitchen and a shower room with WC. Upstairs you'll find a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190) adjoining the lounge area, which has a sofa bed. Freezer available in store room. Central heating and utilities included. Parking in enclosed courtyard reserved exclusively for the gîte.
