Access to the accommodation is on one level. The ground floor comprises a first bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room with WC. The living room, with its open-plan kitchen, opens directly onto the terrace, ideal for outdoor dining. Upstairs, you'll find two further bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, the other with two single beds. A bathroom and separate toilet complete the layout of this floor. Central heating is included for your comfort, and bed linen is not provided, but can be hired for €5 per bed. The shared facilities include an indoor swimming pool (closed from 4/11 to 20/12/2024 and from 6/01 to 4/04/2025), a sauna, an outdoor area with a pond, a petanque area and a swing. A car park is also available. This gîte has 'Tourisme et Handicap' accreditation for mental, motor and hearing disabilities. It is fully accessible to wheelchair users, with an adapted kitchen, a walk-in shower with horizontal bars, and raised WCs with grab rails for optimum comfort.
